To me, the body needs music, movement, and expression. I built a space for this to exist as one. I stripped myself down to a bare state to provide an art that people can reflect onto. I create my original sounds and music with a goal to unlock repressed emotions. As these emotions are shown in my movements, I share resilience as a poetry for others to identify with.
The physical works stand as a record of my movement. The emotions expressed in the process of creating become actualized as pieces of art.
I stripped my movements down to be simple and repetitive. They emerge as the body’s rituals. These are shared experiences between us, through growth, grief and what lies in between.

Freehand is the connection between the intuitive mind and a work of art. During the summer of 2024, I traveled the western United States in search of landscapes, people, and colors that would shape my artistic eye. These pieces are the stories of my experience told through abstraction.
